Corned Beef Brisket and Cabbage Recipe

St Patrick's Day amazing meal dish.


Ingredients:
1 3lb corned Beef Brisket
1 Pkg of Corned Beef Seasoning, (comes with Brisket) 
1 Pkg Carrots 
4 cups of Beef Broth
24 oz your favorite Lager 
4 cups water 
2 Heads of Cabbage
 
Directions:
 Chop 1 medium Onion into bite size and set aside. Place Brisket into large deep pan and add seasoning packet.  Add Onion, Carrots, Beef Broth, Lager, and water.  Cover and cook on high until it comes to a boil, then reduce heat and cook covered for approx 50 minutes. While cooking quarter up 2 medium size heads of Cabbage. Add Cabbage and cook approx another 15 minutes or until Cabbage is tender to your liking. Let rest approx 15 minutes and enjoy. Pair this with our Irish Soda Bread Recipe to make it a complete meal.
