Lemon and White wine Pasta Recipe
A quick and easy pasta dish that taste elegant
enough to make for that special or romantic dinner.

1 Tbsp of Salt
Angel Hair Pasta or Pasta of Choice
1/4 Cup of EVOO
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
4 Tbsp Butter
Juice from 1 medium to large Lemon
1 Cup of White Wine
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp Basil, dried or fresh
1 Shallot Chopped *Optional
Add water and 1 Tbsp of Salt to pasta pot and bring to boil on high. Add Pasta to pot and cook until desired tenderness. In a large deep skillet add EVOO and Minced Garlic and cook on medium / high 2 to 3 minutes. Add Butter and stir until completely melted. Add Lemon Juice and stir. Add Wine and stir well. Add Garlic Salt and Basil and stir well. When Pasta has reach desired tenderness, drain and add to sauce, toss well to coat. *Optional top with Parsley or Parmesan Cheese. Can add Shrimp, Crab, Lobster or Chicken if desired. Enjoy!
